Ivan Puchalt handles catastrophic personal injury, employment, product liability, wrongful death, and municipal liability. He has earned Consumer Attorney of the Year nominations from CAOC in 2013, 2014, and 2018, and was a 2024 finalist for CAALA Trial Lawyer of the Year. He won a $6.1 million jury verdict for two UC Riverside faculty whistleblowers who reported misappropriation of a $15 million state mental health grant. He secured an $11.2 million verdict in Yolo County against a beverage company for a dangerously designed loading dock that left a truck driver severely injured. As co-lead trial attorney, he obtained a $39.5 million verdict in a wrongful termination and whistleblower case against the UC Regents on behalf of a UCSD oncologist.
