About Molly McKibben
Molly McKibben's trial practice covers catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, trucking liability, municipal liability, hospitality liability, and product liability. She was part of the team that obtained the $55 million Erin Andrews verdict and was named Consumer Attorney of the Year for California in 2016 alongside her colleagues. She obtained a $5 million verdict after a month-long trial for a client who lost his son and sustained a shoulder injury when a big rig tire blew out next to him on the freeway. She also obtained a $2.7 million verdict against Los Angeles County for a female law enforcement psychologist who was demoted due to gender discrimination and retaliated against for reporting it. She is on the Board of Governors for both CAOC and CAALA, and runs the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles golf league. She earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern California.
