About Tim Wheeler
Timothy J. Wheeler is the managing partner of Greene Broillet & Wheeler and has extensive trial experience in product liability, general negligence, auto product liability, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, legal malpractice, road design, and insurance bad faith. He has achieved more than 150 verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars, including what was then the largest personal injury verdict against the City of Los Angeles and Riverside County's largest verdict for a traumatically brain injured teenage girl. He was named Personal Injury Trial Lawyer of the Year in Los Angeles by Best Lawyers in 2012 and Product Liability Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2013. He has been listed in 'The Best Lawyers in America' since 1995 and was a three-time finalist for the CAALA Trial Lawyer of the Year Award. He authored the landmark California Supreme Court decision in Juarez v. Superior Court (1982) 31 Cal.3d 759, addressing special verdict procedures. He received his B.S. from Santa Clara University (1975) and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles (1978).
