Emily Mergulhao

Emily Mergulhao is a personal injury attorney at GriffithLaw. Born in Canada and raised in southern Alabama, she chose Belmont University College of Law for her legal education, earning a Bruin Scholarship and completing her undergraduate studies at Auburn University on the Spirit of Auburn Founders Scholarship. At Belmont she served as President of the Christian Legal Society. Her interest in personal injury law comes from a longstanding commitment to serving and protecting others and amplifying the voices of those who need advocacy. At GriffithLaw she helps clients who have been injured or wronged work through the aftermath of an accident with clarity and determination. Outside work she enjoys cooking, Pilates, and spending time outdoors.
