Eric Knobloch

Eric Knobloch is an attorney at Gruber Law Offices, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has devoted his entire legal career to representing injured plaintiffs and has tried more than 30 personal injury trials to jury.

Knobloch earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where he competed on Moot Court, volunteered with the Legal Aid Society, and taught the Street Law Program. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Illinois State University. He is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin and Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.

During law school, Knobloch interned with the Honorable Ted Wedemeyer of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 1. In 2022 he became Board Certified in Trucking Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is described as the only attorney in Wisconsin with this certification.

He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, the Illinois Bar Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (Board Member), the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, and Kids Chance of Wisconsin (Board Member). His honors include the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Star (10 times), Wisconsin Super Lawyers, and Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year from the Wisconsin Association for Justice. Notable results include an eight-figure settlement against a trucking company and numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements against trucking companies.
