Patricia Stone

Patricia Stone is an attorney at Gruber Law Offices, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with approximately 13 years of litigation experience specializing in catastrophic injury cases. She has handled cases involving product liability, wrongful death, construction defect, premises liability, and transportation law, and previously represented insureds and insurance companies in complex litigation. She was promoted to Partner at her previous international law firm before joining Gruber Law.

Stone earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, where she made the Dean's List multiple times. She earned a Master of Arts in Urban History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, focusing on discriminatory housing policies, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/History from the University of Minnesota Honors Program. As a sprinter on the women's track and field team at Minnesota, she was named Academic All-Big Ten. She is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota.

Stone has argued cases before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the Wisconsin State Bar's Lawyer Referral & Information Service Committee, and volunteers with Wills for Heroes (preparing wills for first responders), as a Milwaukee County poll worker, and as a foster parent. She has been named a Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Star for several years.
