Samantha Toman

Samantha Toman is an attorney at Gruber Law Offices, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin focused on accidents and personal injury matters. She was originally hired as a Law Clerk at Gruber Law Offices before attending law school and worked at the firm throughout law school before returning as an attorney.

Toman earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she received five CALI Awards for highest grades in Legal Analysis, Writing and Research, Advanced Brief Writing, and other courses. She served on the Marquette Law Review, was inducted into the Pro Bono Honor Society, and served as an Academic Success Program Leader. She earned her Bachelor's degree in History cum laude from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where she received the Outstanding Pre-Law Student award. She is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.
