Lawrence Amato

Lawrence J. Amato attended St. Norbert College before earning his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (formerly The John Marshall Law School). He is a partner in the firm's Litigation division and has obtained significant verdicts and settlements including a $2.687 million recovery for a Local 1 ironworker injured by a faulty crane and a $2.5 million settlement for a union electrician hurt in a tractor-trailer accident. The National Trial Lawyers named him to its Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Illinois, and the Jury Verdict Reporter has honored him for results on behalf of firm clients.
