Raul Rodriguez

Raul V. Rodriguez is a bilingual Spanish-speaking workers' compensation attorney who earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2007 and was admitted to the Illinois bar the same year. Inspired to pursue law after witnessing corporate misconduct during the Enron scandal in 2001, Raul has devoted his career to representing injured workers. He has secured nearly $10 million in settlements and verdicts, handling claims involving rotator cuff and labral tears, herniated discs, bicep tears, fractures, carpal tunnel syndrome, and injuries to the ACL, MCL, and meniscus, as well as loss-of-trade cases throughout Illinois. He was named to the Rising Stars list from 2014 through 2021.
