Tarik R. Habbas, Esq. is an Attorney and Partner at Habbas & Associates who specializes in both personal injury and employment law. He became a partner at the firm in February 2024. Habbas began his career as an associate attorney at Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, APC in Oakland, where he focused on employment law and personal injury matters for approximately three years. He joined Habbas & Associates in May 2019 and established the firm's Employment Law division. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases with recoveries in the six- and seven-figure range. Habbas was selected to California Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and serves on the Board of Fellows at Santa Clara University.
