John Paul Godwin

John Paul Godwin is a partner at Hardison & Cochran in North Carolina, where he has practiced since law school graduation in 2010. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury, including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, child care negligence, defective medical devices, mass torts, and dangerous drugs. He also handles Social Security disability and workers' compensation matters.

Godwin earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2010.

He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
