Harshila Leva

Harshila Leva joined Harris Lowry Manton LLP as an Associate in 2023. She helps develop, handle, and prepare cases for trial, representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation, including product liability, auto torts, premises liability, medical malpractice, and trucking accident cases. Harshila began her career as a public defender at the Defender Association of Philadelphia, handling preliminary hearings, bench trials in misdemeanor and felony matters, and juvenile delinquency cases. Born and raised in Monroeville, Alabama, she earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Alabama and her J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2017, where she participated in the criminal defense law clinic and served as a student representative on the Law Faculty Diversity Committee. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the South Asian Bar Association.
