About Josue Tinoco
Josue Tinoco practices through Tinoco Law PPLC as Of Counsel to Hastings and Hastings, focusing on serious injury and wrongful death cases. He earned a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, then graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2015. While in law school he interned with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Salt Lake City and worked at a boutique business litigation firm. After graduation he joined one of the largest law firms in the world in California and was admitted to the California State Bar. He later took a position with a boutique firm in Arizona and was admitted to the Arizona State Bar. In 2018 he moved to the United States Government, where he developed experience investigating complex federal criminal cases, then returned to private practice. He brings a background in forensic accounting and federal-level investigation to his personal injury and wrongful death work.
