Kyle McGinn

Kyle J. McGinn is an attorney at Hauptman, O'Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. in Omaha, Nebraska. An Omaha-born lawyer, he is the fourth generation of attorneys in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

McGinn joined Hauptman, O'Brien in July 2022 after years in private practice. Before practicing law, he worked for a Nebraska U.S. Senator.

He earned his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2009.

He is admitted to the Nebraska Bar, Iowa Bar, U.S. Federal Court District of Nebraska, U.S. Federal Court District of Northern Iowa, and U.S. Federal Court District of Southern Iowa.

He is a member of the Omaha Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and Iowa Association for Justice.

He has received Super Lawyers recognition from 2017-2018 and 2020-2024, plus Rising Star status from 2020-2023.
