Cass Cole

Cass Cole is a native of Senatobia, Mississippi, who joined Hearn Law Firm in November 2021. He earned an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice from Northwest Mississippi Community College in 2011, a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Mississippi in 2013, and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2017. Before joining Hearn Law Firm, Cass worked as a supervising attorney at RevClaims LLC and as an associate attorney at Toney Baldwin & Associates, PLLC. His primary areas of practice are personal injury, criminal defense, and domestic relations. Cass is admitted to practice in all Mississippi state courts and in both federal district courts in Mississippi. He resides in Madison and works out of the firm's Jackson office.
