Amy Schadewald

Amy Schadewald, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., based in the firm's Houston office. With more than 19 years of legal experience, she focuses primarily on personal injury law and also handles family law, criminal law, wills and trusts, heirship, probate, and employment law matters.

During law school, Schadewald worked with the Texas Innocence Network, where she investigated claims of innocence in Death Row cases. Outside the firm, she is a former singer with the Houston Symphony, is currently writing a novel, and aspires to return to performing.

She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Music from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, having completed all pre-med requirements. She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2005.
