Over more than 23 years of practice, he has represented hundreds of victims and recovered millions in damages. Toland is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (since 2001) and has served on the Texas Board of Legal Specialization's Personal Injury Trial Law credentialing committee since 2010.
