Chelsea Underwood

Chelsea Underwood, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman Personal Injury Lawyers, specializing in personal injury cases throughout Dallas and North Texas. She has handled over 5,000 injury cases across Texas and represents clients in car accidents, truck accidents, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death claims, premises liability, and dog bites.

Before entering law, Underwood worked as an elementary school teacher in a low-income community — an experience that shaped her commitment to protecting families from financial devastation caused by others' negligence. She is also a certified mediator with advanced negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and volunteers at The Bridge Homeless Recovery Center in Dallas.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah in 2012, and her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, Idaho in 2006. She is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
