Background
Diamond Griffith, Esq. is an Intermediate Litigation Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., focusing on truck accidents, commercial vehicle crashes, and serious personal injury claims throughout Texas. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, she was motivated by her immigrant parents' experiences navigating complex systems to pursue a career in law. Griffith has represented injured Texans in truck accident cases, commercial vehicle claims, car crashes, wrongful death lawsuits, and premises liability claims, and has helped recover over a million dollars in settlements for clients since joining the firm. During law school, she served on the Black Law Students Association executive board, moderated American Bar Association panels, and clerked for the Hon. Faye Allen in criminal court. She later interned at the Dallas County Public Defender's Office, Juvenile Division. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. She earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando, Florida in May 2021 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University in December 2017. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2023 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2023.
