Gregory Herrman

Gregory "Greg" Herrman, Esq. is the Managing Partner at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., a personal injury law firm with offices across Texas. A native of Hays, Kansas who comes from a family of attorneys, he has built his career representing injured accident victims with more than 35 years of experience. He has been instrumental in securing numerous significant settlements for clients, including multiple seven-figure recoveries.

Herrman has earned a Peer Rated Distinguished for High Professional Achievement designation from Martindale-Hubbell (2016, 2020), is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum (2015), and was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (2015). He authored the book 7 Fatal Mistakes That Will Ruin Your Texas Auto Accident Case (2016).

He earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1986 and his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas in 1982. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
