Jasmine Thompson

Jasmine Thompson, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., handling personal injury cases including car accidents, burn injuries, drunk driving accidents, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury, premises liability, product injuries, work injuries, construction accidents, bicycle accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, and motorcycle accidents. With approximately six years of legal experience, she has built expertise across wrongful death, dog bites, family law, criminal law, and estate planning matters.

Thompson brings a strong commitment to serving marginalized and under-served communities with compassionate and fair treatment. She has volunteered with the Innocence Project and completed internships across multiple practice areas.

She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., and serves as Co-Chair of The Dallas Legal Line.

She earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University in 2024, her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2018, her M.A. in Criminal Justice from Jarvis Christian University in 2023, and her B.A. in Criminal Justice, History, and Communications from the University of North Texas in 2014. She is admitted to the Dallas Bar, the U.S. District Courts of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
