Jeramie Gertz

Jeramie Gertz, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., specializing in personal injury law. A long-time San Antonio resident, he joined the firm in June 2023 after gaining experience at a major Texas personal injury firm.

Early in his career, Gertz served as a Student Attorney at St. Mary's Law Clinic, followed by clerkships with the Texas Attorney General's Child Support Division and the Bexar County Courthouse. He co-founded the Law Firm of Gertz & Quenstedt, PLLC, where he handled personal injury, consumer law, family law, and disability benefits cases. He received early admission to the College of the State Bar of Texas — a rare honor bestowed upon a select few.

Gertz is a member of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. His practice covers personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, and dog bite claims.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Denver. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2013, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in 2023, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 2024.
