Joseph Garza

Joseph Garza, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., based in San Antonio, Texas. He is described as a highly accomplished and dedicated personal injury lawyer who focuses exclusively on cases involving negligence, including car accidents, motorcycle collisions, truck accidents, wrongful death, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.

Before joining the firm, Garza served as a U.S. History Teacher with the San Antonio Independent School District, where he also coached soccer and tennis, and previously volunteered with the Peace Corps in Ukraine. His legal training includes internships and clerkships with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, and a San Antonio-based personal injury firm.

In law school, Garza received a Public Service Award from St. Mary's University School of Law for his pro bono work with the Identification Recovery Program and was a quarter-finalist in the Schlueter First Year Moot Court Competition.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2017 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary's University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
