Kenny Garcia

Kenny Garcia, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., based in San Antonio, Texas. His practice covers personal injury, automobile accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, workplace accidents, and wrongful death matters.

Before joining the firm, Garcia gained insurance defense experience that provides insight into how insurers evaluate claims and develop settlement strategies. He was a member of the National Trial Team in law school, was a National Finalist in the 2024 ABA Arbitration Competition, and received the Litigation and Advocacy Award from St. Mary's. He also completed International Legal Studies coursework at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law in December 2023, his Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University, and his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. He is admitted to the State Bar of Texas.
