Laura Smothers

Laura Smothers, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman Personal Injury Lawyers, based in San Antonio. She specializes in personal injury cases including car accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, and complex injury claims, as well as brain injury, spinal injury, and wrongful death matters.

Smothers brings additional experience in commercial and civil litigation, including real estate disputes, breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, deceptive trade practices, and construction defect litigation, all of which strengthen her approach to complex personal injury cases.
