Lindsey Roy

Lindsey M. Roy, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Herrman & Herrman, P.L.L.C., focused on personal injury litigation and insurance negotiations. Her practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle collisions, premises liability, and slip-and-fall claims. She is known for her strategic thinking, strong advocacy, and client-focused approach, with a unique combination of legal, business, and communication expertise.

Before practicing personal injury law, Roy worked as a Trust Officer in trust administration and compliance and at the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office handling criminal law matters. During law school she served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Pulaski County Bar Association, and as a member of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service, Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.

She is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, her Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Texas Tech University. She is admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Arkansas.
