David Metnick

David N. Metnick is a Personal Injury Attorney at Hupy and Abraham, S.C., serving the firm's Illinois offices.

Metnick earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois.

Metnick joined Hupy and Abraham in 2015 as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced as an Assistant State's Attorney at the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office, where he served as a prosecuting attorney in numerous felony cases. During law school, he was a semifinalist in the Dean Herzog Appellate Advocacy Competition and served on the school's Moot Court Counsel.
