Andrea Green

Andrea G. Green earned her bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston. She is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland, and in the U.S. District Courts for Delaware and Maryland, the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. After law school she initially worked with migrant farmworkers in Maryland and Delaware through the Legal Aid Bureau, then spent 17 years handling consumer matters for UAW members through the UAW Legal Services Plans. She subsequently worked at a private firm handling consumer bankruptcy, workers' compensation, and personal injury before opening her own office in Millsboro, Delaware in 2010. She joined Jacobs & Crumplar in 2019. Andrea focuses her practice on workers' compensation and personal injury and has handled matters at administrative levels, in Delaware courts, and in federal court at both District and Circuit levels. She has presented at Delaware and national continuing legal education seminars on consumer bankruptcy and workers' compensation. She is Secretary of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and a member of the Delaware State Bar Association.
