About Courtney Prinski

Courtney R. Prinski was born in Tampa, Florida, and grew up primarily in New Jersey. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, cum laude, from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina. She received the Justice Joseph Branch Scholarship to attend Wake Forest University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2008. In law school she participated in the National Trial Team and played interscholastic softball and basketball. After graduating she clerked for District Court Judge Boyle in the Eastern District of North Carolina. She then spent seven years at Morris James, first in corporate bankruptcy and then in medical negligence defense, where she maintained an undefeated trial record. At Jacobs & Crumplar, her practice centers on medical negligence and complex civil litigation. She is admitted to practice law in Delaware. Outside the office, she volunteers with Renee's Rescues, Inc. as a Foster and Adoption Placement Facilitator, helping abused and neglected dogs find homes. She previously served as a Child Advocate from 2010 through 2016, representing abused and neglected children in Delaware.
