Cynthia Maurer joined Jacoby & Meyers in 1991 and has resolved hundreds of cases for the firm. She is passionate about client service. She successfully argued Restivo v. Church of St. Joseph of the Palisades, 306 N.J. Super. 465 (App. Div. 1998), the published decision holding that religious organizations engaged in commercial activities can be held liable for sidewalk injuries. She earned her B.A. with a Phi Beta Kappa designation from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Albany Law School.
