About Edward Steves
Edward M. Steves is an attorney at Jacoby & Meyers with extensive appellate experience. He earned a B.A. from Columbia College (1975) and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (1978), along with a Certificate from Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law. He was admitted to the New York Bar, First Department, in 1979. Over his career he has appeared before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has argued and won numerous appellate matters in New York. He is a member of the Columbia Law School Alumni Association.
