About Raye Futerfas
Raye Futerfas brings an extensive legal background to Jacoby & Meyers, having litigated and tried civil and matrimonial cases and accumulated significant experience in criminal, real estate, and immigration law. He joined the firm in 1992. He earned a J.D. from Southwestern School of Law in 1980, after attending Rutgers University, and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1985. He has settled hundreds of cases totaling many millions of dollars for clients. He has served as an instructor and lecturer for the NJ Continuing Legal Education Program, with a specialty in New Jersey Verbal Threshold law under the Automobile Insurance Cost Reduction Act.
