Emmanuel Morga

Emmanuel Morga is an attorney at James Kennedy, P.L.L.C. who represents clients in personal injury matters throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. He earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, where he received the Order of the Barristers distinction and a Top Ten Speaker Award at the Dawson and Sodd Moot Court Competition. His undergraduate degree is from Brigham Young University, where he was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society. He is admitted in Texas (2021), the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas (2022), New Mexico (2022), Arizona (2024), and Utah (2024). He speaks English and Spanish. He has participated in pro bono work through the Immigration and Naturalization Clinic and the Innocence Project of Texas, and previously served as a Boy Scouts of America troop leader. He is also a published author on judicial ethics.
