About James Kennedy
James B. Kennedy was born in El Paso in 1968 and has been practicing law since 1994. He is certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an honor held by fewer than 3% of Texas attorneys. He is licensed in five states: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada, and has tried cases in Texas and New Mexico state courts as well as United States federal courts. His practice covers serious injury and death cases, including automobile accidents, truck and commercial vehicle wrecks, defective product claims, workplace injuries (including construction and oil and gas refinery accidents), and wrongful death.
