Christopher Dailey

Christopher M. Dailey is Of Counsel at Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. in Boston, with over 30 years of experience advocating for people injured in motor vehicle, motorcycle, bus, truck, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, as well as construction accidents, premises liability, dog attacks, and other negligence-induced injuries.

Dailey earned his Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston in 1988 and his Bachelor of Science in Government from Suffolk University in 1985. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

He began his career at a Boston plaintiff's personal injury firm, where he rose to Managing Attorney. He later represented injured people at a Newton firm where his efforts secured that firm's largest financial recovery in its 23-year history. He also operated his own private practice for several years.
