Megan Burak

Megan D. Burak is a Senior Associate Attorney at Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. in Boston, focusing on personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other negligence claims. She has experience handling all stages of personal injury claims and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Burak earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville in 2009 and her Bachelor of Arts in English (cum laude) from the University of Florida in 2006. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010.

While in law school, she received multiple Dean's Scholars distinctions and worked as a certified legal intern at the City of Jacksonville's Office of General Counsel.
