Erica Pereira

Erica Pereira joined Keches Law Group in January 2010 as an Attorney in the Personal Injury department. She represents injured people in all realms of personal injury cases including premise liability, motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death and construction site injuries before both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Attorney Pereira served as a law clerk with Keches Law Group for two years while attending law school. Attorney Pereira is able to draw upon her previous business, construction and finance experience as well as her municipal experience gained through prior positions to advocate on behalf of injured people and workers throughout Massachusetts. Attorney Pereira is an active participant in the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, serving on its Board of Governors. She is also an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Bristol County Bar Association and the Plymouth County Bar Association. Attorney Pereira is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and Roger Williams School of Law (J.D. 2009). She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in the United States District Court of Massachusetts.
