Basil Buchanan

Basil 'B.J.' Buchanan Jr. earned his B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University in 2004, then worked as a claims adjuster handling bodily injury and property damage for two large insurance companies before attending law school. He earned his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 2013. Prior to joining Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. he practiced criminal defense and insurance defense with GEICO and Loya Insurance Companies. He has been admitted to practice in Georgia since 2013. He is based at the Duluth office.
