
About Stephen Anderson
Stephen J. Anderson joined Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. as General Counsel in 2019 after a career as a business litigator whose work spanned counseling, negotiating, mediating, arbitrating, and litigating commercial disputes. He is a registered General Mediation Neutral and has served as Special Master to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Upon graduating from Emory University School of Law in 1980 (where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Law Journal), he clerked for Judge James C. Hill of the U.S. Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. He was also captain of the Haverford College lacrosse team and remains active in Atlanta Youth Rugby, Inc. As General Counsel, he supervises the firm's attorneys and handles all legal matters affecting the firm.
