Jack Davis

Jack Davis is an associate attorney at Kershaw Talley Barlow, representing individuals in complex class action, mass tort, and personal injury cases. He clerked for a United States District Judge in the District of Nevada, where he authored court opinions, and previously worked at an employment and whistleblower law firm in Washington, D.C., and drafted legislation for the Nevada Legislature. A cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, Jack served as a Note and Comment Editor of the Minnesota Law Review and taught legal writing to first-year students. He earned an undergraduate degree from Deep Springs College in California. Originally from Buffalo, Minnesota, Jack is licensed to practice law in California, Nevada, and Minnesota.
