Gary Kisling

Gary W. Kisling, Esq. is a Founding Partner of Kisling, Nestico & Redick, with over 37 years of legal practice. Born and raised in southeastern Iowa, he co-founded KNR in 2005 with Rob Nestico and Robert Redick, opening the firm's first office with just three paralegals. Gary retired in 2012.

Kisling has won cases at the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Ohio addressing significant personal injury issues, including the unconstitutionality of the Ohio Workers' Compensation subrogation statute and defeating sovereign immunity for a county-owned nursing home.

During law school, he worked as a judicial legal assistant in the Akron Municipal Court for one year, then for two years in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Institute of Trial Advocacy in Charlottesville, Virginia, and of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming.

He is admitted to the Ohio Bar.
