Jeff Austin

Jeff Austin, Esq. is an Attorney at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, where he joined the firm's Cleveland office litigation group in 2024. With approximately 26 years of legal practice, he focuses on personal injury, trucking accidents, construction defects, intentional torts, wrongful death, and contract disputes.

Born and raised in Warren, Ohio, Austin attended Howland High School. Earlier in his career he was an Associate Attorney at Day and Cook (1998-2000), a Senior Associate Attorney at Ulinger, Keis, and George (2000-2009), and a Senior Commercial Attorney at Grange Insurance (2009-2023).

He is a member of the Ohio Supreme Court's mentoring program and is an advocate for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

He earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 1994. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1998.
