Jonathan Breyfogle

Jonathan C. Breyfogle, Esq. is an Attorney in Kisling, Nestico & Redick's Pre-Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2021 after more than 14 years practicing law across multiple disciplines.

Breyfogle began his career as a Staff Attorney at Southeastern Ohio Legal Services (2007-2011), then served as Associate Attorney at Nicholas, Perot, Smith, Koehler & Wall P.C. (2012-2014), as a Case Administrator at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Western District of Pennsylvania (2014-2016), and as an Attorney at Hoglund, Chwialkowski & Mrozik handling Social Security disability law (2017-2020) before joining KNR.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and received the CALI Award for excellence in Comparative Law-Post Communist Russia (2006).

He earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2006, his Master of Science in Russian History from Florida State University, and his Bachelor of Arts in History and Anthropology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio in 2007.
