Luke Hamilton

Luke T. Hamilton, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, where he represents individuals across Ohio in personal injury cases. He joined KNR in 2025, bringing prior legal experience from both public and private sectors.

Hamilton began his legal career in a municipal law department, serving as an Assistant Prosecutor from 2022 to 2024 prosecuting misdemeanor cases and working with law enforcement. He later practiced civil litigation in a high-volume setting, developing expertise in collections law. At KNR, he uses his courtroom experience and negotiation tactics to fight on behalf of those injured by negligence.

He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2015. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar.
