Nicholas Iacono

Nicholas J. Iacono, Esq. is a Litigation Attorney at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, based in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the firm in 2024 and currently focuses on personal injury and automobile accident litigation.

Iacono began his legal career as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago, where he prosecuted misdemeanor traffic offenses, including DUIs and driving on suspended licenses. He then served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office, prosecuting felony and misdemeanor juvenile cases.

During law school, he held three law clerk positions, including one at the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York. A native of Buffalo, New York, he currently resides in Cleveland with his wife.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022 and his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University in 2019. He is licensed in New York, Ohio, and Illinois.
