Peter D. Janos, Esq. is a Litigation Attorney at Kisling, Nestico & Redick, who joined the firm in 2019. Janos has tried more than 100 civil trials to verdict and has argued in Ohio's appellate courts at both state and federal levels. He began his legal career at Perantinides & Nolan Co., LPA, an AV-rated medical malpractice/personal injury plaintiffs' firm. He later joined Nationwide Insurance Company's Trial Division in Cleveland and Safe Auto Insurance Company's Staff Counsel Offices, gaining valuable experience and insight into insurance defense and claims evaluation. His practice now focuses on litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation claims. He resides in Fairlawn, Ohio with his wife and three children. He earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar.
