Rob Nestico

Rob A. Nestico, Esq. is a Founding Partner of Kisling, Nestico & Redick, which he co-founded in 2005 along with Gary Kisling and Robert Redick. The firm's first office opened with just three paralegals and has since grown to 35 lawyers, more than 100 support staff, and offices throughout Ohio.

Nestico's passion for personal injury law was forged at age 15 when he was severely injured in a head-on car crash that killed the other driver. He spent three months in the hospital recovering, with injuries to both arms, one requiring a steel rod to be surgically attached. During this time, his family was vulnerable to the practices of insurance companies and was taken advantage of — manifesting his commitment to plaintiff representation. Earlier in his career, he gained experience with an insurance defense firm before switching to plaintiff-side personal injury work.

Nestico is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum (limited to less than 1% of U.S. attorneys), has been recognized multiple times as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Super Lawyer, has been voted a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and is a Lifetime Member of the global Who's Who directory of Top Lawyers.

He earned his Specialized Honors degree in Political Science (1992) and his Bachelor of Arts (1990) from York University. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar.
