John Cagney

John D. Cagney is a partner at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore, where his practice centers on medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases. Before attending law school, he worked for six years as a trial assistant to Thomas Moore, participating in all phases of litigation from inception through trial and settlement. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2009 and from Boston College cum laude in 2002. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Dominican Academy in New York. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2018 to 2020 and has appeared on the Super Lawyers list since 2021.
