David Brose

David Brose is recognized as one of the top lawyers in the country dedicated to product liability and trucking accident litigation. He has represented clients as lead attorney in matters involving a wide range of products, including automotive vehicles, tires, aircraft, boats, and cranes, among other types of defective products. As a former partner in a civil litigation defense firm, David defended Fortune 500 companies in personal injury and commercial litigation with an emphasis on product liability and trucking cases, and now puts that understanding of defense tactics to work on behalf of victims. David serves in the 2025-26 bar year as Plaintiff Vice Co-Chair for the American Bar Association's Product Liability Committee within the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
