About Tristan Larson
Tristan Christopher Larson was raised on a dairy farm in Rutland County, Vermont, growing up alongside seven brothers and sisters before leaving for Hillsdale College in Michigan. He graduated from Harvard Law School in the top third of his class. After law school, Tristan began his career at a large corporate law firm in Boston, working on real estate development and construction matters. Finding that work disconnected from his original motivations, he left, worked on a construction crew north of Boston, then returned to Vermont to clerk for the judges of Rutland County Superior Court. He went on to practice injury law and medical malpractice at a local Vermont firm before co-founding Larson & Gallivan Law with Erin Gallivan. Tristan has served as president of the Vermont Association for Justice and is a graduate of Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College. He has also chaired the select board in Middletown Springs, Vermont. As a trial lawyer, he has obtained jury verdicts and settlements in ski injury cases, trucking cases, car crash cases, and medical malpractice lawsuits.
